What is CCTP?
Developed by Circle, CCTP is a permissionless blockchain interoperability solution, now accessible in two distinct versions, designed to facilitate the seamless transfer of USDCacross supported blockchains. Since its launch, CCTP V1 has facilitated more than $40 billion in transaction volume.
Building upon the success of V1, CCTP V2 improves settlement times to seconds and introduces support for Hooks — unlocking new possibilities for cross-chain value transfers.
Expanding USDC Transfers: CCTP V2 Integration
With the launch of CCTP V2, Circle has expanded support to Avalanche, Base and Ethereum. We’ve now integrated these new routes directly into Allbridge Core, offering our users faster and more flexible USDC transfers.
These new additions join our existing CCTP v1 support, continuing our commitment to delivering the best possible bridging experience for stablecoin flows.
