We are thrilled to announce that the Solbridge platform has been fully launched, bridging Solana to a number of different EVM chains, namely Polygon, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain and HECO. This invites numerous services from EVM networks to Solana, together with their respective communities.
Solbridge platform itself is quite unique, which stems from the fact that it belongs to a new generation of bridges — modular and expandable by design. This allows us to promptly add new services, while retaining small operating costs.
We already began onboarding new tokens, starting with HAPI, soon to be followed by even more projects and blockchains. With the addition of new blockchains down the line, Solbridge will offer Solana special access to other networks, thereby growing its presence.
Furthermore, we pioneered wrapped Sol on Polygon, which made for a great contribution to the entire Solana ecosystem. Not only that, but the AMM and wallet integrations are on the way to Solbridge, with some attractive APY prospects.
Within a short time our token, BRDG, will be launched on Solana, allowing its community members to actively participate in Solbridge ecosystem. The token itself has some very interesting use cases, and you can learn all about them by visiting our previous article.
