Allbridge is Launching the New Feature to Receive the Transaction with an Empty Destination Wallet!
The long-awaited feature is finally out! Allbridge now offers a way to finish the transaction even if the destination wallet doesn’t have any gas.
No gas? No problems!
Previously, if you didn’t have a sufficient amount of gas to receive the transaction, you’ve had to go through the headache of topping up the balance via a faucet or a centralized exchange. As of today, Allbridge has the option of finishing the transaction for the user in exchange for a small fee.
How does it work?
On the receiving stage, Allbridge UI now offers the possibility of finishing the user’s transaction. Selecting this option will result in an additional fee of approximately $0.5. After incurring a fee, the transaction will finalize with $0.5 worth of tokens deducted from the transferred funds.
If the destination wallet has less than 0.003 SOL or 0.1 UST (on Solana and Terra respectively), bonus 0.003 SOL/0.1 UST will be credited to them. This eliminates the need to send gas from elsewhere and streamlines the cross-chain experience.
Seamless access to the new chains
Receiving tokens without gas is already live on Solana and Terra. We will gradually start rolling it out on other chains over time. We believe this is a massive step towards increasing the adoption of Solana and Terra ecosystems, providing new users with a convenient way of accessing new chains.
